KronosDesk
KronosDesk is a multi-tenant platform built on the WhatsApp Business API for Brazilian companies, mainly in consumer credit and financial services (FGTS anticipation and payroll loans), as well as sales and retail teams.
What the platform does
- Shared team inbox: conversations by status, tags, channel and assigned agent, with full history.
- Chatbot automation: lead qualification and automated flows, including integrations with banking APIs for credit simulation.
- Template management and campaigns: Meta-approved templates, re-engagement outside the 24-hour window, controlled sending speed and delivery tracking.
- CRM and sales pipeline: proposal stages, owners per customer and conversion reports.
- Multi-workspace: separate branches, teams or client companies with access control.
WhatsApp providers
KronosDesk works with official WhatsApp Business API providers: Meta Cloud API and Gupshup.
Current scale
4 client companies, 9 WhatsApp numbers, about 2,300 conversations and 14,000+ messages per month, with new clients being onboarded.
Data protection
Role-based access per user and workspace, HTTPS, encryption of sensitive data and audit logs. Personal data is handled under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (in Portuguese).
